The more traditional search and selection but also two other services for permanent placements, where we have less involvement but you get the time consuming job done for you and a ready made shortlist for a set price!
Search and Selection
We offer the traditional search and selection service utilising our own network, CV libraries and other platforms which enables us to make as detailed a search as possible, capturing the skills and experience needed. We then telephone screen our candidates, understand their experience, their needs from a new role and how they may fit the team, so we can ensure we are presenting the most suitable candidates. We initially produce a shortlist of 3-4 high-quality candidates as we all know quantity never replaces quality!

Short Term Solutions
If you are looking for a short to the mid-term solution, we work with some amazing freelancers too.
Got a lot of CV’s to review and little time? This might be the right option for you.
After your role has closed, we’ll screen up to 100 CVs on your behalf.
From there we’ll produce a shortlist of 10 candidates for you to review
Once the shortlist has been approved by you, we’ll pass the everything back to you to continue process.
Not only will we review your CV’s, but also telephone screen up to 15 candidates.
After your role has closed, we’ll screen up to 100 CVs on your behalf.
Once we have reviewed CV’s, we will conduct a 15 minute telephone screen with up to 15 candidates.
From there we’ll produce a shortlist of 10 candidates for you to review
Once the shortlist has been approved by you, we’ll pass the everything back to you to continue process.
